Spencer Sutherland - Cheers

Here you are.
I wake up a king, a quarter to ten.
I reach for my chalice, it's empty again.
Clothes on the floor, there's cake on the wall.
I pour some champagne and I go for a walk.
They say what goes up must come down, down, down, down.
Baby, let's cheers. If you're celebrating, cheers.
If your heart is breaking, here.
Nobody's leaving. Whatever the feeling, there's always a reason to cheers.
A flick of the wrist, a knock on my door.
The people are mad and they're starting a war.
Off with my head, I was just having fun.
They're taking the throne, oh, what have I done?
